This recipe comes from Julie Wandling's book "Hallelujah
Kids", published by Hallelujah Acres. It is filled with all
kinds of recipes for "kids," as well as lots of helpful
hints for helping children eat a healthy diet. Following is
one of the very simple recipes to prepare that children
really enjoy as a snack.
Cut dates in half lengthwise, remove pits, and then press
sticky side into unsweetened, shredded coconut. ENJOY!
